Norwich City boss Dean Smith was left frustrated with defeat at home to Manchester United.
A 75th minute penalty scored by Cristiano Ronaldo won the game for United.
Smith said, "I've seen the penalty back, does he make contact yes. But I can show you five or six challenges in the game that weren't given. We want consistency. There wasn't any consistency today.
"Manchester United found it too easy to ref the game. Marcus Rashford gave himself a free-kick in the first half.
"I know I sound like a sore loser but I didn't think we deserved to lose the game.
"Max Aarons has got to make contact with Ronaldo in the box otherwise he out jumps you. It's a soft pen, but there were soft moments in the game where he didn't give them.
"We had some really good chances but we know we have to get better in those big moments. That's what's going to get us out of danger.
"We knew the formation they would play, they give you wide areas. We tried to create two-vs-ones in wide areas.
"I'm really encouraged by our performance. There's some spirit in this squad.
"We've had a few players out but that happens in football. I'm pleased with our squad and the quality we're showing, we will get better."
