Jurgen Klopp has warned his Liverpool squad to be ready for the upcoming festive period.
The Reds must maintain their stellar form to keep pace with Premier League leaders Manchester City, with five games in 13 days.
"Everybody is involved and everybody must be ready," Klopp said before Thursday's clash with Newcastle United.
"I have now no special things to offer. We play five games in 13 days, so there's no 'have a look' or whatever.
"We have to play, in an ideal world, the best football possible then recover pretty quickly and then get focused again and go again.
"That's what we have to do – the whole squad. But that's not new. I'm not here since a few days, I'm here for a few years now and that's how it is. This time is very demanding for everybody but that's how it is."
