PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi is in talks with Arsene Wenger about a return to football.
Foot Mercato says Al-Khelaifi has plans to put a dream team together involving new coach Zinedine Zidane and Wenger as a director of football. Mauricio Pochettino is expected to leave PSG some time in 2022.
Al-Khelaifi would replace the Argentine with Zidane and also install Wenger above him as a football director.
Interestingly, PSG's fresh interest in Wenger arrives just as Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has spoken publicly about wanting to create a position for the Frenchman in the near future.
Wenger is currently working as a technical advisor for FIFA.
