Watford midfielder Peter Etebo says he's open to signing permanently.

The Nigerian arrived in the summer on loan from Stoke City, but has seen enough during his brief stay in Hertfordshire to know that he would like to stay beyond his current deal.

Speaking to Inside the Hive the midfielder said he would definitely be interested in making that happen.

"To be honest, I would love to," he said when asked if he would like to stay at Watford. "Everyone has been amazing, the staff, the players, the dressing room, it has been good.

"Since I came to Watford, I have loved it from day one, so I would love to and if they want to make my deal permanent, I would love to stay."
