Club Brugge youngster Charles De Ketelaere has been tipped for a move to Chelsea - by a member of the club's staff.
Belgium international De Ketelaere is rated among the brightest young talents emerging in Belgium.
A move away in 2022 has been mooted for the attacker and former player turned Brugge scout Paul Courant says the 20 year old would be an ideal player for Chelsea.
He said: “Put Charles at Chelsea tomorrow and he will play immediately.
"Especially, under that trainer [Thomas Tuchel]."
