
Liverpool are moving to beat Brighton to the signing of Polish whizkid Kacper Kozlowski.
The Seagulls have been regarded as favourites to sign the young attacker from Pogon Szczecin after offering £8m to bring him to England in January.
Howver, Poland's Sport-Express is reporting Liverpool have come forward with a rival offer of £10m.
Liverpool are also ready to let Kozlowski stay in Pogon Szczecin on loan for the rest of the season.
The 18-year-old has scored three goals and four assists in 19 competitive matches this season.
