FC Midtjylland goalkeeper Jonas Lossl is being linked with a return to England in January.
The Dane only moved to FCM last summer from Everton.
However, he could yet be on the move again next month, reports Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Romano says Brentford are interested in taking on Lossl for the second-half of the season on-loan.
The 32 year-old would arrive as cover for Bees No1 David Raya.
