Zakaria has been linked twith Manchester City and Arsenal among several clubs across Europe.
BILD says Zakaria could be available for around £6million in the January transfer window.
The Swizerland international has been linked with a move to England in recent weeks and Prem clubs have now been offered an incentive to make a move for the 25-year-old.
Gladbach have decided to offload Zakaria next month, as opposed to allowing him to run down his contract and leave for free in the summer.
