Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano was delighted with their 4-0 thumping of Salernitana.
Vlahovic struck twice for the win.
"We didn't start that strong, but Salernitana closed all the spaces in the first half-hour and were dangerous on the counter," Italiano told DAZN.
“The difference now from earlier in the season is that we are more effective in front of goal and take more of our chances, which in turn allows us to play with more calm once the deadlock is broken.
“Now there are three games left in 2021 and we want to see out the year in the best possible way."
On Vlahovic he added: "As I always said, Vlahovic trains really hard, he is hungry and constantly improving, so I am very happy to have him in the squad. He is a very effective player in front of goal."
