Leeds United are reviving plans for Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez.
Ciclo Deportivo says Leeds have once again been linked with a move for Nandez.
Nandez was linked with Leeds, as well as West Ham United, Tottenham Hotspur and Inter Milan during the summer but a move away from Cagliari failed to materialise.
However, with Cagliari having reportedly lowered the asking price ahead of the January window, that could open the door for the Whites.
Leeds are likely to be in the market for at least one midfielder next month, but it remains to be seen whether Nandez is a genuine target.
