Kota Kinabalu: The Election Commission (EC) should set up advance voting centres for Sabahans and Sarawakians residing in other States to enable them to vote without traveling back to their hometowns.
Tuaran MP Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau stressed that it was also not appropriate for the EC to encourage Sabahans and Sarawakians in the peninsula to change their constituencies for voting, as this amounts to deliberate vote suppression.
