Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has found himself in the middle of Independiente's presidential campaign.
Recently declared candidate Claudio Rudecindo has announced he will seek to bring Guardiola to the club should he win the election.
"I want to meet with Guardiola and that he pays to lead Independiente," Rudecindo claimed.
Likewise, Rudecindo also assured that he's contacted two more coaches of "international hierarchy".
Guardiola extended his contract at City earlier this season to 2023.
