Everton are showing serious interest in signing Dynamo Kiev left-back Vitaliy Mykolenko.
The 22-year-old is a key January target for manager Rafa Benitez.
Per the Liverpool Echo, Everton have wanted Mykolenko for months, and he is seen as one of the best young full-backs in Europe.
Dynamo will ask for a fee in the region of £20 million.
The Ukrainian international is not available for loan, which means Everton must buy him out right next month, or wait until the summer to do a deal.
