Manchester United chiefs are ready to welcome the agent of River Plate striker Jorge Alvarez to England.
Sport says Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Inter Milan are all interested in Alvarez, though a move to United looks the most likely.
They say the player's agent is flying to England to meet with club officials and try to conclude a deal soon.
It is once again suggested River Plate will 'not negotiate' anything less than his €20m release clause.
And United are willing to pay Alvarez's buyout clause in the January window.
