Liverpool No2 Pep Lijnders says the players can be proud of their draw at Tottenham without captain Jordan Henderson.
Lijnders insists they adjusted well to Henderson's absence.
He said, "It isn't easy going to Spurs having lost your spine and then losing your captain (Jordan Henderson) on matchday.. "This is why I want to compliment the team.
"After Jurgen (Klopp) does his team talk, we leave everything else behind."
Lijnders added: "Jordan is Jordan. He pushes himself immediately. This is the kind of player you need to slow down and fortunately we have 24 of these players."
