Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa says he's trying to rally his players after their 7-0 thrashing by Manchester City.
Leeds host Arsenal on Saturday.
Bielsa said, "They are one of the important teams in the league but at this moment we are concerned about getting back to our best version than the opponent that we're coming up against.
"Having a high spirit is part of my job and to be able to face the most difficult moments, coming out of them, correcting things taking on board things, not delegating responsibilities and not looking to blame others. They are all of the things that we try and do."
The manager also said: "The confidence and the fortitude of the players is all linked to what they do on the pitch.
"The immediate and what's closest, against Chelsea we played our best game of the season up until now and against Manchester City the worst.
"Both versions were produced with two or three days difference.
"I have the confidence and obligation to manage for us to reproduce the performance against Chelsea and not the one against Manchester City."
