Tottenham manager Antonio Conte dismissed claims that Harry Kane should've been sent off in Sunday's 2-2 draw with Liverpool.
Conte did not want to talk about referee Paul Tierney and his contentious decision not to send off Kane against Liverpool as he instead focused on hailing the Spurs striker, last year's Premier League Golden Boot winner, for scoring just his second league goal of the season.
The Spurs boss reflected: "Honestly I don't want to speak about the decision of the referee. I think the game was good for both teams.
"Harry played a good game. He scored one goal, for him and us it was a goal of vital importance. He had chances to score other goals. He's an important player for us.
"We're happy that in an important game he scored."
