Tuttosport says agent Federico Pastorello has been given a mandate to negotiate with Italian clubs on behalf of Chelsea for Sarr's transfer. Pastorello placed Romelu Lukaku at Chelsea in August.
Pastorello is offering Sarr to AC Milan and Inter Milan, with the defender not part of Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel's plans.
Milan have shown interest in team-mate Andreas Christensen, but he is about to extend with Chelsea.
