The France international was left out of the Blues' team that achieved a 2-1 win over Arsenal on Monday, fuelling speculation surrounding his future at the club.
It remains to be seen as to whether or not Rafa Benitez chooses to keep Digne at the club, though Italian media sources say Inter have been monitoring the 28-year-old for some time.
