Manchester United are set to welcome Raphael Varane to full training next week.
The French defender has been absent since a hamstring injury he sustained against Atalanta in the Champions League group stages.
He is now fit, but the club are giving him some time to get back to optimal condition.
Recently postponed games gave him a chance to get back without missing additional matches.
According to the Manchester Evening News, he is expected to return to training on December 27th, and could be available for United games soon after that date.
