Georgia international Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is again being linked with a Premier League move.
The Rubin Kazan star has been mentioned as a target for Everton and Tottenham over the past year.
Now Football Insider says the youngster is "on the radar" of Southampton, with both Everton and West Ham considering a January move for him.
Kvaratskhelia made his senior Georgia debut as a teenager and now has 12 caps.
He has netted five goals for his country, most recently a brace in a World Cup qualifier against Sweden last month.
