Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick has nominated his favourite moment since taking charge.

Pressed on his favourite moment, so far, after stepping into the hot-seat, the ex-RB Leipzig coach pointed towards Sweden defender Victor Lindelof.

The German said: "Two things that stick out in my memory. One is the way that we prepared the goal [vs Palace] - not only the way that Fred scored it, but the way it was also set-up over the wing.

"[It came] from the right full-back and Mason [Greenwood] played a perfect ball back into the right foot of Fred.

"The way that we built up and created that was brilliant. The same with the goal we scored against Young Boys.

"Defensively we had a situation in the first half where Victor Lindelof won the first ball by marking through and two seconds later, because the ball bounced off him into the next lane, he won the ball again.

"He had two situations in the middle of the other team's half. He played very pro-actively defensively and won both balls. This is exactly the way we want to play in the future."
