Kota Kinabalu: A Pakistani trader was fined RM59,700.76 or 36 months jail by the Magistrate’s Court here for having 8,936 sticks of contraband cigarettes.
Wakeel Khan Juma Khan, 45, pleaded guilty before Magistrate Jessica Ombou to having the RM5,970.76 worth of uncustomed cigarettes at 10.30pm on April 15 this year at Azra Food Marketing, Kg Likas, Jalan Haiwan.
