Newcastle United have parted company with Head of Sport Science Callum Walsh.
Walsh joined Steve Bruce's backroom line-up in the summer but moves on quickly after the arrival of Eddie Howe, reports Chronicle Live.
Howe brought his old AFC Bournemouth fitness coach Dan Hodges with him on appointment and the former Cherries staff member will continue his work with sports science team.
Walsh had replaced Jamie Harley, who joined Everton in the summer and came in from Huddersfield Town back in June.
Walsh had worked previously with Liverpool's academy, Wigan Athletic, Cardiff City, Under Armour, the IMG Academy and Shrewsbury Town.
