Borussia Dortmund youth chief Lars Ricken is convinced of big things from England youth international Jamie Bynoe-Gittens.
The former Manchester City winger joined BVB 18 months ago, but has been blighted by injury.
Ricken said, "That is why for him it is about completing as many games and training sessions as possible. When he is completely fit, then he is a difference maker at an extremely high level.
“Of course, Jamie is also an absolute top talent and an outstanding player in the league.
"His primary goal is to stay healthy. He had to struggle with injuries for a long time."
