Italy legend Fulvio Collovati says AC Milan must be active in the January market to strengthen their title push.
After Simon Kjaer's knee injury, the Rossoneri are on the lookout for a new centre-half. A striker signing is also on the agenda.
"[Nikola] Milenkovic or Luiz Felipe would be good signings in defence and [Luka] Jovic up front," Collovati told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Jovic's value can't be questioned, but they would need to manage him because he is not an unknown player.
“He can have one striker ahead of him but not two. However, Ibrahimovic has proved not to be eternal and the same is true of Giroud," the former Inter defender continued.
“For the club, it would be a significant financial sacrifice, but Milan will fight to the end [for the title] and strengthening the squad thinking about the future would be a good move."
