Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure has been hit by a groin injury.
The Frenchman broke down during defeat at home to Aston Villa on Saturday.
Doucoure was forced off on 64 minutes and it was confirmed yesterday that scans have shown a groin injury.
The midfielder isn't expected to be seen until next month.
The former Watford midfielder has seen just 16 games so far this season.
