Premier League new boys Brentford will have to pay upwards of £14million to take Brennan Johnson from Nottingham Forest.

The Bees had an offer rejected for the player recently, which did not even come close to Forest's asking price.

According to the Daily Mail, Everton, Newcastle United, and West Ham United all want the player as well.

Forest want to hold onto the 20-year-old as they seek to make a play-off push in the Championship.

Only a significant bid could convince them to sell Johnson, who has scored five goals in all competitions this term.
