PETALING JAYA: The Health Ministry has reported 3,543 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 2,776,699.
Meanwhile, the infectivity rate declined to 0.97 as of yesterday.
Nationally, the number of hospital admissions of confirmed Covid-19 patients in the last seven days have declined by 5.5 percent compared to the preceding week.
