Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo Goes was left delighted as he was called up by Brazil boss Tite for their World Cup Qualification matches at the end of January.
Brazil face Ecuador on January 27 and Paraguay on February 2, and Tite has included Real Madrid stars Rodrygo, Casemiro, Eder Militao, and Vinicius Junior in his plans.
"It's the moment I've been waiting for," Rodrygo said on video in Saudi Arabia upon hearing the news. "I'm sure I can grow a lot and help the team.
"Thanks to God and to Tite for the opportunity."
Rodrygo has played three times for Brazil previously, twice in 2019 and once in 2020.
