Robert Lewandowski has been crowned the 2021 FIFA Best Men's Player.

The Bayern Munich star controversially finished runner-up to PSG star Lionel Messi for the Ballon D'Or, having scored 69 goals in all competitions last year.

It is Lewandowski's second successive time winning the award.

He finished in front of Messi and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah in voting.

"Thank you very much for the award. I am very humbled," Lewandowski said upon receiving the award.
