New Krasnodar coach Daniel Farke has spoken of his influences.
The former Norwich City manager was named Krasnodar coach last week.
The German said, "I worked in Dortmund with (Thomas) Tuchel, I know (Jurgen) Klopp well.
"They influenced me, but I don't copy them. This is how my playing philosophy was formed. I believe in continuous development and love challenges.
"I'm not a big fan of standard game patterns. It is important to be flexible, not to overload the players and their heads. My team must always lead the game, attack, combine, move the ball."
