Kota Kinabalu: Three Filipinos including two toddlers died while a fourth passenger survived after their boat sank in Kunak waters yesterday, according to an update.
A three-year-old girl, a boy aged five and a 31-year-old man were the fatalities in the mishap near Pulau Tagabua, said today's update from the Fire and Rescue Department.
Members of the public found three victims including two deaths yesterday while the third dead passenger was discovered by fishermen this morning.
The department collected the bodies before handing them over to police for further action.
