Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg managed to rescue Steve Bergwijn from suspension after he scored in victory over Leicester City.

The Dutchman scored two goals in as many minutes to secure Spurs an astonishing 3-2 comeback win against the Foxes.

Bergwijn, already on a yellow, went to celebrate with the jubilant travelling Tottenham supporters in the stands.

But team-mate Hojbjerg pulled him back before doing so and in turn prevented a second booking.

It would have seen the match-winning forward miss Spurs' trip to Chelsea on Sunday.
