Italian coaching boss Renzo Ulivieri wants to see Alessandro del Piero take up the profession.
The Juventus great has so far kept away from considering a coaching career.
But Ulivieri declared, "A good student, it seems to me that the thought of joining the Panini album as a coach does not have it. Instead I say: let's push him down this path. It seems to me that he doesn't feel like it, he has a football school and other things. In my opinion he should leave in a decisive way, I hope he can become a coach."
In response, Del Piero said: "I thank him for this support, then it is likely that we will see each other this summer because I have to take one last step to complete the course. We'll talk about it again soon, coach."
