A video shared on the Inforoadblock Facebook page, which depicts a couple of alleged Rohingya children begging for money at a traffic light intersection near Batu Tiga Shah Alam, has since gone viral.
One of the children can be seen trying to open car doors as they passed by, demanding cash. After his attempt failed, the child reacts by showing obscene gestures to the driver and passenger of the car while knocking on the window glass.
Following the worrying behavior displayed by these child beggars, netizens have urged the authorities to take immediate action as it does not only endanger the children but other road users as well. While most of the netizens have vehemently condemned the children's uncivilized behavior, some don' t share the same opinion.
Viewing these children as the mere victim of the vicious refugee system, these Rohingyan children were essentially robbed of their rights to proper education and a dignified upbringing, of which the lack thereof have negatively impacted their behavior.
