Former Liverpool goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek has taken aim at Leo Messi and Pep Guardiola in his new book.

Dudek recalled playing against Barcelona during his time with Real Madrid.

In his autobiography, the Pole writes of Messi, now of PSG: "He was very misleading and provocative, just like Barcelona and Pep Guardiola were.

"I saw Messi say such rude things to Pepe and (Sergio) Ramos that you could not imagine a person so calm and seemingly nice act like that."

Dudek also had harsh words for two of his former Real teammates.

On Raul, he says: "He is arrogant.

"But in the end he's a normal guy."

On Cristiano Ronaldo, Dudek also stated: "He was self-centered, incredibly competitive and a winner."
