Kota Kinabalu: Sabah is set to increase its commercial viability for property investment via the Jesselton Quay Central (JQC) mixed-development project that is currently underway.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Mod Noor said the JQC, a joint-venture project between GLC, Suria Capital Holdings Berhad and SBC, would transform the landscape of the city’s coast, making it an attractive tourist destination.
