Genoa striker Felipe Caicedo is expected to undergo an Inter Milan medical today.
Caicedo is set to join Inter on-loan to the end of the season.
Sky Italia says the 33-year-old is keen to make the switch and the Griffone are open to allowing him to leave for the rest of the season.
Caicedo will arrive as cover for Joaquin Correra after he suffered a serious hamstring injury last week.
The striker played for Inter coach Simone Inzaghi at Lazio.
