Kota Kinabalu: City police arrested four people suspected of being masterminds of a drug trafficking ring.
The first arrest, according to City Police Chief ACP Mohd Zaidi Abdullah, was a 23-year-old man found in possession of 68.31gm of ganja at the roadside near Taman Milek Phase Two, around 6pm, on Wednesday.
