PAPAR: Youths need to constantly improve their knowledge by participating in various skill courses, including Freshwater Shrimp farming.
Sabah Assistant Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Datuk James Ratib said, being shy of trying should be eradicated by the youths instead of continuing to be competitive and daring to try something in order to achieve success.
