Kota Kinabalu: Democratic Action Party Luyang Assemblyman cum Dapsy Sabah Chief Phoong Jin Zhe said it is wrong for Sabah Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Yakub Khan to shift the blame and say that job-seekers in Sabah are choosy.
“I strongly disagree. According to statistics, Sabah is on top of the list of most low-skilled labour workforce at an average of 24-27 per cent. In comparison to the national average of 12-14 per cent, our rate is extraordinarily high,” said Phoong.
