Cabral will arrive to replace Dusan Vlahovic as he closes on a move to Juventus.
He is set for medical tests on Friday morning, at which point he can then sign the contract until June 2026 at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
It will be a permanent transfer worth €15m plus bonuses.
Cabral signed him from Palmeiras for €6m in 2020 after a season on loan in Switzerland.
