Mohamed Salah and Egpyt are into the African Cup of Nations semi-finals after an extra time win over Morocco.

Sofiane Boufal gave Morocco an early lead with a penalty after Ayman Ashraf caught Achraf Hakimi.

But Liverpool superstar Salah levelled the scores shortly after half-time with a simple tap-in after Yassine Bounou parried a header.

The goal meant extra-time was needed to decide a winner, and Salah was involved again in the decisive moment.

This time the 29-year-old turned provider as he squared the ball for Aston Villa attacker Trezeguet to tap in the winner.

Carlos Queiroz's side will face hosts Cameroon in Thursday's semi-final.
