Kota Kinabalu: Two private colleges are renting part of the Sembulan building premises belonging to University College Sabah Foundation (UCSF).
The Sabah Institute of Art (SIA) has moved there from its KK Times Square premises, while Asian Tourism Institute (ATI) has vacated its premises at Wisma TWB next to the city Police Station here.
