Roma chief Tiago Pinto has confirmed a deal is close to signing Arsenal midfielder Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
Maitland-Niles is expected to join Roma on a six-month loan.
Pinto said, "I can say we are talking to Arsenal for Niles, there is something happening and he is close.
“There are many other names, but this is not the right moment to talk about them."
Pinto was speaking before Thursday night's defeat to AC Milan.
