Manchester United are in talks with Borussia Dortmund defender Dan-Axel Zagadou.
Foot Mercato says United have made a move for Zagadou this week, opening negotiations with his agent, Moussa Sissoko.
Zagadou is off contract in June, so leaving him clear to now sign a pre-contract with any foreign club.
The 22 year-old is a favourite of United caretaker manager Ralf Rangnick, who will take a transfer consultancy role with the club at the end of the season.
Interestingly, Sissoko is also the agent of Barcelona attacker and United target Ousmane Dembele.
