Kota Kinabalu: Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) President Datuk Chin Su Phin (pic) said more than 90 per cent of the Supreme Council positions were filled by young leaders to rejuvenate and reform the party.
He expressed optimism that the measure will help strengthen the organisation and attract more young bloods to join LDP.
