The Brazilian has been very impressive in Ligue 1 this season, and is attracting interest from top teams around Europe.
According to the Evening Standard, Arsenal are admirers of Bruno, but have not made any formal approach.
If the North London side do make a bid, they may have to fend off interest from the Toffees and Magpies as well.
Lyon do not want to lose Bruno mid season, and may wait until the summer transfer window to sanction a sale.
The French club want at least double of the £17 million they paid to sign him from Athletico Paranense in January 2020.
