Kota Kinabalu: City police are conducting a thorough investigation into an incident which occurred during an operation dubbed “Operasi Utama” of the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division that went viral on social media on Jan 15.
City Police Chief ACP Mohd Zaidi Abdullah said this included taking statements from all personnel involved in the operation.
